Western blot shows lysates of COS-7 African green monkey SV40 transformed kidney fibroblast-like cell line either mock transfected, transfected with human FoxP1, transfected with human FoxP2, transfected with human FoxP3, or transfected with human FoxP4. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 dilution of Sheep Human FoxP4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. For additional reference, the membrane was co-probed with an Actin Antibody. A specific band was detected for FoxP4 at approximately 75kD and Actin at approximately 43kD.
